Replacing sidelight bulbs
« on: December 04, 2017, 10:26:16 AM »
Hi all,

I've previously replaced headlight bulbs by going in through the wheel arch liner. Should I replace sidelight bulbs in the same way or are they accessed via the engine bay?

Thanks,

Simon

replace both at the same time,  they are both accessed via the wheel arch.

IMHO one of the best things they did on the MK2 (GE) was to make it possible to change headlight and sidelight bulbs from under the bonnet.
Some people will only consider you an expert if they agree with your point of view or advice,  when you give them advice they don't like they consider you an idiot

Thanks for that. Yes, it is a complete PITA doing it this way.
