Lost coin under front seat

I dropped a £1 coin down the left side of the driver's seat and it fell under the runner.  When trying to extract it, Murphy's law ensured that it slid backwards downhill, and is now invisible under the plastic cover over the back end of the seat runner!  Does anyone know if this cover can be removed easily, or should I just abandon it?

I had the same problem on my GD ended up removing the centre console.

What about dropping a few more down there and saving them up for xmas :
On a more serious note do you have access to a compressor,you could try to get in with a airline and blow it out.

Attempts to remove €4 with a long screwdriver just wedged them further in, bloody French tolls...

I am standing in the corner with a conical hat bearing a BIG D.  The problem is that I am a duffer with computers and so although the 'manual' without an S is in the memory, it is in my Honda record with an S so it is now removed.
I was only trying to help GUV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rejoice!  Thanks to the combined advice of auntyneddy and bill ericay, I have recovered the lost £1, and more amazingly, I've been able to put the cover back without breaking it.  I'm particularly pleased because I'm planning to sell the car soon, and it would grieve me to do so knowing there was £1 under the seat-rail.  Many thanks - what a great team!
