Universal spare wheels

Whilst researching for the other tyre topic I found that rescue companies use a "universal spare wheel " to get you going again.
Has anybody had to use this.

Personally I did not... But I did read around and the universal rescue tyre does not have a jazz compatible size... :P

The higher spek models could be a problem with 16in wheels but they are available for 15in.
I may contact my rescue company in the new year to see if they use the universals
