...Unlock the car from the remote. If you haven't opened a door etc within 30 seconds the car locks itself again. Handy if you catch the button accidently.

Is it just me that didn't know about this? :D

This is common on cars fitted with remote central locking. I found this out years ago when washing my Dad's Hyundai Getz! :)

That's fairly common these days on cars with remote locking.

If the car is unlocked and any door not opened after about 30 seconds the car locks itself.

...I guess I actually got in the car after unlocking it, in the past, as this was new to me :D
