That does seem expensive; my local Honda dealer where I bought my 2008 CVT from 18 months ago said they charged £75 to change it when needed.

I should have made clear that I did a CVT flush, so they would have used 2 cans totalling 8 litres.  A simple CVT oil change would have been about £90.

Ah, that's the reason; I guess if you are having problems that's well worthwhile, but perhaps a scheduled service can get away with a single fill?

Whilst the flush has improved the sound of the transmission when pulling off from stationary by about 90%, I still get a faint juddering especially when going up hill and needing more power.  Should I be expecting a totally smooth operation after a CVT flush?
