Honda Jazz 1.4 "Appeal" 2006 ~ Italy
« on: February 13, 2011, 10:08:40 AM »
I bought a Honda Jazz 1.4 "Appeal" in August 2006 in Italy.

  • Hatchback 5 door
    5 gears manual transmission
    Light/dark fawn leather seating
    Split folding rear seats
    Central locking
    Drivers airbag
    Rear head rests
    3 point rear safety belts
    ABS
    Air conditioning
    Single slot CD player
FM/AM Stereo with remote control on steering wheel
    Power Windows
    Electric adjustable wing mirrors
    Door mirror integrated indicators
Rear was wipe ~ fixed speed
    Tilt Steering Wheel
    Power-assisted Steering

I do not have any other paperwork that would clarify the model apart from the model name "Appeal".

Is there an expert who can clarify which UK Honda Jazz model this would be similar to as I cannot recognise any of the UK model types??

All help appreciated  :)

I would say its equivalent to a UK SE model.

Hi tfreeman and welcome. :)

Yes it looks like the equivalent of a 2006 UK-spec SE but with 14" steel wheels and plastic wheelcovers instead of the 15" alloy wheels.

I think leather was optional in those days and I'm not sure what colours were offered here in the UK. Does anyone here have a UK Jazz with Honda-supplied (i.e., not aftermarket) leather seats?

Thanks you all for your help.

I am moving back to the UK later this year and I am looking into selling this left hand drive car to a specialist firm in LHD cars .... there seems to be a good market for LHD cars for those UK residents who have holiday homes in Europe. No one seems to have heard of the Italian "Appeal" model and have been asking for the UK model type.

In Italy, the leather seating, and all the above listed items, were supplied as standard on this "Appeal" model.
