does anyone know if these are acrylic like the spray cans or some other paint type

Sorry I can't answer the question.
On one occasion when picking up a 'new' car from my local Honda dealer I asked for a paint touch-up kit. The sales lady went off to get one and returned saying it won't be long.
A few minutes later a guy appeared with a bottle of paint.He was the dealer's body man and had made the paint up himself.
The car was Milano Red so was not metallic.
