If it is for a spare why not just get a steel rim ?  Better than a spacesaver and MK2 boot will take a full size wheel ( IIRC unless it is a Hybrid and the battery is in the way ).

To be honest I am curious as to which model of jazz it belongs to. I can't say I have seen that alloy on a Jazz  thanks

When I go my Jazz last year that's exactly what I did - wasn't comfortable not having a spare wheel or using a punture repair kit.
