over winter I had issues with the rear wiper and the radio. the wiper was very slow and sometimes didn't work at all. the radio simply stopped working. the radio would appear to be on but no sound from the speakers. the wiper seemed to recover and yesterday the radio came back to life!!! why? thanks😊

There was a thread on this page about the radio malfunctioning, a new regulator chip needed if you're able to work on these beasts. Probably gone temperature conscious.
Not sure about the rear wiper, could need some new grease in the winter months?

About 3/4 of the way down the thread; details of the chip needed. If you haven't got a fine soldering iron you could ask a mobile phone repairer to change it for you.
