A bit more info would be helpful.  Is it dampers, bushes, links, or what?  Not sure you'd need a specialist, unless you're going racing.  Jazz's are pretty common and the suspension system isn't sophisticated.  Surely most garages could cope?

No idea what it is , get a knocking sound when the passenger side goes over uneven road surface , it’s gotten louder since last year, get a swishing sound coming from the back when I go over some big speed humps on the way down , also getting a stutter as a pull off from standing , garage looked at it last year but could not find anything, Honda was not interested at all despite servicing the car for 6 years

A good place to start is word of mouth recommendations in your area. You could also try https://good-garage-guide.honestjohn.co.uk/

You've not mentioned your area in your post? Might help you get replies.

Most competent general garages could do routine suspension/steering work on standard cars.  But  it can be 'heavy duty' work  and some  may prefer to avoid it.

I no longer have a favourite 'go to' garage even in my home town.  I seldom need one , and staff change so quickly.

I now tend to chose a garage  based on how I am received. Not slick talking receptionists with corporate targets to meet.  , but whether staff seem genuinely friendly and  knowledgeable ( Its not always true that if you want something done ask a busy person.)     It helps that I know a bit about cars and can usually detect when I am being fed a load of  ,erm, male bovine poo,  .  But they all do it to some extent so its not a definite no no.

If having to chose  I'd look at  Stop/ steer/tyre type depots, preferably one with an MOT testing facility.  MOT failures bring them a  lot of such work, and they can often quote accurately and fit you in quickly.    It helps if they havnt 'got you over a barrell' having to get an MOT repair.

I'd prefer a smaller independent type place. The big well Known  chains  tend to be very 'corporate' minded with slick management speak, targets to meet etc.

When I  had a broken front spring on a Yaris I was convinced  the noise came from the back . The source can  appear to migrate  depending the speed you are travelling.   Maybe I drove at the speed of sound  ;D

We had a similar noise in our CRV which our local independent identified, if I remember correctly was a ball joint, I'm pretty sure it was a rubber bush in a somewhat large shaped pressed sheet metal component.
Also, we had a coil spring snap, replaced with a new one but there was a rattle. The garage claimed the shock absorber had gone too, they replaced that only charged for the part as they said they should have picked it up during replacing the spring.
The noise you mentioned is similar to the ball joint issue..

I agree, look at the springs.
VW Polo had terrible rattle one morning - tyre repair shop couldn't find source - took car to garage - mechanic reached up into wheel arch and produced a broken bit of spring "Think this is your problem, sir!"

Hi , took it to halfords for a free suspension check , they found where the knocking noise is coming from , the back rear axle ,left back wheel wing section is moving and causing the knocking , the mechanic put his shoulder on the wheel and moved it up and down which resulted in the same sound i hear , he also said there is a small noise from the front but could not find where it was coming from , advised me to take it to a larger branch where they have a vibration machine, anyway book that in for thursday after work , however this puts more worrying doubts as i do not know if this can be fixed or i need a complete new axle replacement .

I cant say for sure but it could be a wheel bearing, worn bushes etc.  Many ,if not most , cases of knocking suspension etc will require replacement of parts like this . If parts are subject to wear  and tear  they are probably available for both front and rear. The rear suspension on front wheel drives are relatively  unsophisticated  so the cost of repairs and parts need not be any more expensive than the front.   Indeed on the front you often have the added cost of  tracking checks and adjustments.

Replacing broken springs (not Honda (touch wood)) has required them to be fitted as (matched?) pairs.

had a similar light knocking on bumpy roads turned out to be one of the link arms from the leg to the wishbone . got one from e bay did it myself although not a long job for any garage.
swishing noise ? i have noticed on my mk1 that when you fill up with fuel and it starts getting down a bit theres a swishing noise from under the center of the car but goes once the level gets lower. if its in the back . have you checked fore water leaks in the boot ?
