Anti theft Red flashing light? 2011 Jazz

Any help for a novice here, pls? And very much a non-techy person (apologies).
Partners car. 2011 Jazz.  Seems to have a small/pin-point red flashing light (RH side of radio) when car is parked. Marked as Anti Theft System?
Possibly v unobservant but now just noticed a much larger red flashing light on RH side of the instrument panel too? (Again, only when car switched/parked).
Any guidance as to what the 2nd one is appreciated.
Also, what is the anti theft system? Not aware of any alarm.

I've noticed a flashing red light in my car. It's a Honda, so I just accept all is well! 

I will check to see what my car has and update.

My 2013 Civic had 2 flashing red lights when locked

One was the radio anti-theft and the other the car locked and armed light

Checked this evening. Two flashing red lights. One near the radio, the other in the instrument cluster.

Normal.
My 2012 does it.
Shows car is locked.

my 2014 has the alarm , but no interior sensor , car was broken into , alarm did not go off as the doors was not open? can one get an interior sensor added to the existing alarm?

Can't recall exactly, but I seem to remember that there's one light for alarm and one for immobiliser? I may be wrong .........
