Yup, providing the Jazz has been serviced to spec= CVT fluid changed every 2 years or 25k.
The condition of the Jazz you've spotted is key, check the MOT history on the govt website - advisories provide an insight into the car, do you recognise the tyre make/S if not build in replacement costs. Check the floors & inside the boot for water or leaks under the carpets. Look underneath for damage or signs of rust along sills and the rear subframe.
As the owner or garage why selling or what part ex against.
Take it for test drive and see how it runs.
Then if happy make an offer. You should ask the garage for fresh MOT if 3 or 4 months left. Good luck.

I have a 21012 CVT .
Watch:
gearchanges should be imperceptible. No clonks, snatching vibration etc.. If any, run away.
Rusty driveshafts can break.

They rust around the petrol filler cap..Mud trap under wing.

Other issues as above.
Check serpentine belt driving alternator etc. for cracks - now 11 year old (easy job)
Boot lock is often not greased and will not open..check carefully.
Ditto opening driver's door using KEY - not using central locking button

Remember many 11 year old cars are abused and not well maintained.
Check handbrake works properly. (Lack of maintenance)

I diy and am particular to ensure everything works as it should,,
