« on: December 04, 2023, 12:48:09 PM »
My Honda jazz sport ( trim level S4SES) drive belt is making a noise. If I Spray  some water noise goes away for 5 seconds and comes back. After driving the car for 10 mins this noise goes away too.

Sounds like the aux belt to me. Replacement is not too tricky, just splash guards to remove. I did mine a couple of weeks ago. The tensioner doesn't lock in place, so you have to hold it off the belt while you replace it. If you've some DIY skills, not tricky and the manual is here https://hondafitjazz.com/manual3/index.html - info can be found under Maintenance - Service Schedule - Drive Belt Inspection

Re replacement, genuine part from dealer or cox Honda https://www.coxmotorparts.co.uk/ - I buy most of my parts from Ebay, and replaced with a Gates belt for <£10 !

HTH  :)
