2017 Jazz keyfobs

I Have just bought a Jazz off Arnold Clarkes, I didn't know till I picked it up that it only had one key.  they setup a new one whilst I waited but it is not a genuine Honda key fob and only the key works (no transmitter)
even then unlocking the door sets off the alarm,  before I ring them up can anyone advise what keys are normally supplied by Honda with the car, I.e. I would expect two identical Key fobs both with working transmitters a my previous Peugeot.
