2003 1.4 and under 30 (in age not mileage)

Hi gents, member on many other forums but this ones a first for me.

Purchased a great 2003 Jazz 1.4 Manual SE with full Honda history and only 87,000 miles (for under £1000)



Am a long time Honda owner (CRXs being my poison) but happy to be back in Japanese quality car coming from many years in Renaults.

Few niggles and things to do:

- Oil change and filter (got the bits to do myself)

- Radio not working (a common issue I’ve found but hoping the tape player works)

- Strange ball bearing rolling noise coming from around the steering column (think it’s something come loose in there)

Apart from that, it seems to drive really well, gear changes seem right and clutch operation seems fine.

Looking forward to a little while of ownership.

Welcome Liam. If you are swapping the plugs, there are 8, not 4. Four you can see, and four you can't. It's a very common oversight for new Jazz owners and mechanics.
