Hi all,
I own a mk2 Jazz, problem im having and I know others have is with the stereo. I currently connect my 10 year old mp3 to the stereo to play music no problem at all. As its old and getting short on memory I bought a new Sandisk mp3 it wont connect saying un supported. Ive tried quite a few things re-formatting it ect and a lot of the easy fixes mentioned but no joy Some of the suggestions are a bit more technical than I know how to do. Any suggestion? If so can you make them really clear and easy to understand. It does the same with USB sticks too
Its very frustrating to say the least. you'd think modern players would work while older ones don't
Thanks in advance

Are you sure the Sandisk is an mp3? Many of the modern ones are mp4, the same format the i-pod and i-tunes uses.
USB sticks should all work
provided the format of files on the stick are mp3.

As Joko says are you sure they’re Mp3’s as they are now considered obsolete the creator has stopped issuing new licenses so if you have downloaded new music for your player they could be in the wrong format

I use a converter program to change mp4's into mp3's for just such a reason.
