Title: 2016 (66) Jazz spark plugs
Post by: mjcarroll on February 01, 2021, 12:10:45 AM
Can anyone advise what spark plugs can be used on a 66 plate honda jazz (1.3 petrol)? The ones from the service manual seem to cost a fortune. Are there any cheaper alternatives that can be used?

Thanks in advance

They are Iridium plugs and cost a fortune. The upside is that you only change them every 75K. Check prices on line.

The OEM part number is 12290-5R0-004

There are some Bosch alternatives, the OEM is a Denso DXE22HCR11S

OP, I believe, knows what plugs they need. Just shocked at the price.

I think that the Bosch ones are about the cheapest ones out there that we know are okay from other members, good saving from OEM plugs.

Thanks everyone, all really helpful replies and much appreciated. In the past I’ve just gone to car parts 4 less and paid maybe 25/30 quid so the jazz plugs were a bit of a shocker. Seems like Bosch ones are the way to go! Thanks again
