Is it still under warranty? If so, take it to the nearest Honda dealer.

A possibilty is the aircon cutting in and out. When the aircon compressor cuts in the revs drop momentarily and are immediately recovered by the engine control unit. This can be seen as a fall and rise on the rev counter. The lower the revs the more marked it is.
It should not, however, effect the driveability of the car.

You mention "idling" and "drivability" in the same paragraph.  So is it just idling that you have an issue with or something more?

Is it MT or CVT?
