The DVD image contains the manual in 11 different languages. If you only need English, you can save a lot of disk space by deleting all the others.
If you only need English, you only need the following directories:
/en [the English language pages]
/cs [the Czech language pages - needed for the first run, then can be deleted after selecting English in the UI]
/_COM [common files for all languages]
and the html file from the root directory.
I used WinImage to extract only those directories to a folder on my hard drive, and it works fine and uses only 430MB instead of 3.5GB.

The file is still available on torr3nt, it's an NRG iso file which I mounted using WinCDEmu and then copied the files as Trellis outlined to a desktop folder and then run it from there.
To prevent getting an error you need to open the "_COM" folder and edit the "LANGINFO.JS" file with notepad and delete all the languages listed above english(en), it starts by default in the first language on the list, don't forget to save once you have deleted the unwanted languages.
