Title: CD stuck in CD player
Post by: Skyline84 on November 05, 2018, 04:31:46 PM
Hello,
I have only just noticed that there is a CD stuck in the CD player on my 2004 Jazz. Is there an easy way to retrieve this? Any help appreciated...
Thanks.

Google suggests: First, turn your car off if it isn't already. While the car is off, hold the power and the eject button. Press your CD player's power and eject buttons down at the same time, holding them for about ten seconds. If your stereo has a "force eject" feature, it should spit out the CD.

The Google method didn't work however it may have helped somewhat as when I randomly pressed the eject button a few hours later the CD ejected...

I hope it doesn't swallow my CDs... Although at the moment my Bluetooth receiver and phone is my main music source.

I was thinking about upgrading the head unit but that means a facial adapter etc etc.
