Android interference?

What I notice with a phone conversation (Android Galaxy S22) linked to my GK's sound system is a lot of interference and other conversations in the background.  Are there more owners with the same problem?

Surely crosstalk is a function of the phone and has nothing to do with the set-up on the Jazz. Perhaps, being amplified, it is more obvious through the sound system, but the phone receives and decodes the crosstalk.
