Has anyone had a problem with the reversing camera in the pouring rain?

Yes. Yesterday I was reversing into a parking bay in pouring rain. My rear view was useless. It was a bit worrying, but then it wasn't long ago that I had cars without a rear camera. First World problems, eh?

Same with the Civic.

Rain & associated muck goes up the tailgate.
Let's be careful out there !

Not yet, mine had been surprisingly ok compared to other cars I've had. Maybe the lifeshine treatment got onto the lens?

In Japan you can get an official Honda accessory that blows air on the Jazz reversing camera lens to clear away any rain drops. It was about £100 when I looked, hopefully Honda UK will offer it here.

I think the camera rotates when you switch it to downward rear view - I haven't tried it, but maybe that would shake off a few drops?

I've found I leave mine in wide view to see approaching cars/etc from the side but switch it to standard rear view when reversing into a space and getting close as it's easier to line up.

I've seen it in the online manual. The rear camera has 3 modes.

On the bottom left of the reversing camera screen there are three icons - wide, normal and top down.

It seems to remember either wide or normal, but if you set top down it will reset to one of the others next time you reverse.

It’s something that seems to affect the Honda cameras more.
My G30 5 series seems impervious to the weather.

Looking through various .JP sites there are a lot of very nice accessories that are difficult for us to get and sometimes impossible.
Let's be careful out there !

They're all software transformations of the wide view. The camera does not move.
