Honda Jazz Mk2 2008-2015 / Re: First Car Jazz I VTEC 2014 ( Gong noise?)

We have a 2018 EX Navi and had a few of these noises on the motorway last Saturday. Shortly afterwards I ran into congested traffic. From memory of this issue, I think it's something to do with the traffic system warning of an issue, even though you don't have the navigation system running.

Could be handbrake not released fully,or seatbelt not attached correctly
But this is just a guess on my part.
Hope it helps

Honda Jazz Mk2 2008-2015 / First Car Jazz I VTEC 2014 ( Gong noise?)

I finally got my first Car a 2014 Jazz I VTEC 1.4 with the sat Nav.

I've yet to receive my handbook which I was told would be posted to me separately?

Been to work in it today and noticed this gong noise through the speakers , like a digital tower of London bell noise. I have no idea what it is or what it means and can't find all that much on the forum either.

Not seen anything flash up on the sat Nav either ( I hadn't set it to a route.)

Any idea ( is it a camera warning ? ) I don't get notifications flash up on the sat nav to confirm .

Thankyou

Around about the year 2000, I attended a Hewlett Packard seminar in Munich.  At that time, they were in a sponsorship agreement with a Formula One team.  They brought an F1 engine on stage in a test bed and started it up.  The noise was unbelievably deafening.

Honda Jazz Mk3 2015 - 2020 / Re: Parking sensors not working
« Last post by Nizzehult on March 27, 2023, 05:20:06 PM »
Hi,
New here and not from UK so please be gentle.

Just bougth a Jazz MK3 from -16 and everything but the parking sensors are working (does also have backup cam).
Have tried to clean them but no success. It's bugging me that the panel just says "check system" without saying which sensor(s) is bad; that you must have a diag tool to sort this out.
Anyhow, has anyone tried this:

Will test it myself later on (the car is out right now).

For Sale and Wanted (including ebay) / Flexible Two Tier Boot Shelf from 2011 Jazz
« Last post by Gonzo on March 27, 2023, 02:27:54 PM »
Hi all,

Mum recently sold her 2011 Jazz EX and we subsequently found this little used shelf that has been in her garage for 8 years. I believe they were standard on some Mark 2 models.

Collect from Brentwood, Essex for a charitable donation of your choice.

Welcome. I had a Vivid Blue Pearl 2006 S and it was a great little car, before the rust bug got it. Extremely reliable, very economical and fun to drive.
