Change colour of fuel economy indicator

The manual clearly says you can chose the colour of the fuel economy display, from the Meter Setup group. But my car has all the other settings in Meter Set up except the colour options.

I am sure there are lots of opinions about the worth and accuracy of the display, but I am really only asking if anyone else has/has not got the menu option.
