Twin Exhaust - Help needed
« on: July 11, 2019, 10:10:37 AM »
Hello all,

I'm keen to give my Mk2 2010 Jazz Si a twin exhaust (center bumper) but i have no idea where to go or what to do. Has anyone done this and if so, how / where did you go.
(based in Hertfordshire)
TIA

Just curious - is there a performance benefit from a twin exhaust?

I would rather have a fast car that looks normal than a slow car that looks fast LOL
Some people will only consider you an expert if they agree with your point of view or advice,  when you give them advice they don't like they consider you an idiot

It might be doable, but if you look under the car, you'll see that the exhaust tunnel runs down the right hand side, and the centre has the boot well that drops quite low. So any exhaust in the centre would sit quite a bit under the bumper, which would look odd in my opinion. Though a twin exhaust on the right hand side might look quite nice :P!

Good luck with what ever you choose to do!

A custom made back box, with pipe swept to twin outlet in centre of the car, may be possible.
Demon Tweeks certainly don't supply anything.

As you are in Herts, have a word with the guys at Predator Motorsport on Mundells Roundabout, Welwyn Garden City.  http://predatormotorsport.co.uk/
I am sure they can advise or make one for you if you want them to.

Lots and lots of options online, the Mugen rear pumper has an exhaust on each side.
