The dealer didn't find anything except a fault code p0087 (fuel rail pressure low), which they cleared. They couldn't reproduce the problem in test drive. I'm pretty sure I'll face the problem again some day in some unconvenient situation.

Having it happened twice, I cannot find any logic, why it wouldn't happen again as long as any repair hasn't been made.

Get yourself OBD2 scanner, thst way you can at list get an idea what errors are there if/when it happens again.
I got one permanently plugged in in case I need it.

I'm afraid that fault code still leaves too many alternative failed components. I know it may be too much asked nowadays, but the dealer workshop should have knowledge and tools to test individual components to find out what is causing the problem. Most likely they will just replace expensive components one after another and wish it to help.

It did it again, just didn't bring any warning lights.

Thinking of the details of the symptom, does someone know where the high pressure fuel pump is located? And is the transfer pump in the tank? I'm wondering which component heats up after shutting down the engine.

Except the lights, it's been the same in all three times. When hot, and after a short break, it starts fine but after some seconds it begins to loose power and then stops. And when trying to start it may run barely, like two or three cylinders only, for second or two and then stops. The longer the time from the last attempt, the more it manages to run after start, maybe even with all four cylinders. So it sounds like the fuel gets hot in some part of the system when the engine is not running, and some component in the fuel system doesn't like hot petrol. I'd suspect injectors or high pressure fuel pump. That's why asking the location of the injection pump.

Did you find similarities in article posted above about same problem on some Honda models with main relay not working when hot?

Sounds fuely from your description. Sorry I don't have the info you need. However, have you tried a fuel system cleaner such as https://www.redexadditives.com/products/petrol-system-cleaner/ - could be worth a punt. I tend to stick a bottle in every 10k miles or so, and always have done. Often find Redex on offer at £2.50.

Some similarities yes, but the big difference is that mine starts fine after the break. Problem starts some five to thirty seconds later. For exampel yesterday I drove maybe 20 meters before any sign of the problem, and another 20 meters before the engine completely stopped.

As long as the problem is not solved for sure, it really prevents the use of the car normally for longer trips, when you can't rely on getting back home by the car in time. But it's also difficult to get the problem to appear in purpose, when you need a hot weather and more than one hour fast highway drive. And the hot weathers get more and more rare when it's already autumn.
