100,000 mile clean
« on: August 14, 2017, 07:43:12 AM »
The wee Jazz turned 100,000 miles recently, so as a treat, I got the electric polisher out and spent a day giving it a real good clean. Not bad for a car nearly 10 years old and 100k.

A red badged Jazz.
You don't see many of those about.

Nice, black cars really look the bees knees when polished and clean.

I use a DAS-6 Pro dual action polisher and Chemical Guys V34 compound followed by V38 polish. I finish it off with a coat of Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection.

Black looks really nice. Mine could really do with a machine polish, but still doesn't look bad for 97000 miles.

Good colour Jocko. My Mk2 is that colour (or something very close) - it was one of the reasons I chose it!
