PAGID BRAKE PADS
« on: April 07, 2014, 01:35:51 PM »
Hi All
Often used Pagid parts before on several different cars; now have a Honda Jazz mk2 GD 2007 and wanting to change the rear brake pads & discs after 68k miles done but the pagid pads Don't fit   :-\; they have studs to locate the shims on the back which jam against the calipers not allowing the pads any movement in & out.

So all those who used the pagid pads( bosch the same ) how did you fit them ??

Did you use a grinder to file down the studs ??? hmmm surely these parts are supposed to be off the shelf me thinks.

So I am back to using the Honda OEM parts

Any enlightenement would be appreciated

Not sure about the studs you're talking about but I've always used OEM pads but use pagid discs.

Have you got a photo of the pads with the studs?
