Sounds like a Top Gear report, probably written by a BMW or Audi driver whist waiting for the break down truck to sort out their unreliable German transport.

I meet one of these new models most days.

It travels at 40mph unless there is a speed limit sign of any limit in which case the speed drops to 30mph regardless eventually building back up to it's usual 40mph. It never stops at zebra crossings. It has some kind of restrictor fitted because it will not overtake tractors.

I don't know the sex of the driver as it is invisible in it's heavy winter coat with collar turned up and hat, all year round.

I've been following Sniff Petrol since it started (2001/02-ish) and it is extremely funny most of the time. I heard it is written by one of the Top Gear scriptwriters but I could be wrong.
