Title is a bit off - Honda Australia is arelad y Honda!

What's happened there is they're moving the Agency model - where the manufacturer owns the cars until sold and does all the pricing.  The dealer gets paid a handling fee.  It's happening here - VW sells its electric cars like that - and it's thought to be the way the market will go in future.
