Forgot to mention it's the front drivers side , they seem to be like hen's teeth , also I take it it will require the removal of the hub , all suppliers don't seem to stock them ( plenty of rears ) but not fronts , also any tips to  fitting would be appreciated

Likely a main dealer only part.

It's a bit of a job, the brake shield (Honda call it 'splash guard') is behind the hub, you'll have to remove the hub carrier from the car to remove the hub, and a new wheel bearing on reassembly.

Either a patch up job, or...

If I was very fussy and I could get the locating screws out, I might cut a replacement shield at the open side and spot it back together with the MIG...

Will have to investigate further , not hold much hope for the 17 year old screws coming out quietly

Very dodgy indeed. I think they are only M5, and I have a feeling they are pan head JIS screws rather than hex head - which makes it even more fun. A bit of heat might help - the fine flame from a high temperature butane torch is sometimes useful on these small bolts, just to crack the corrosion in the threads.

You could just leave it  ;D

Often using an impact driver the 'wrong' way (first try to tighten the seized bolt before trying to slacken it) will break the rust without any heat,  it is always worth a try because it is the safest and easiest way if it works.
Some people will only consider you an expert if they agree with your point of view or advice,  when you give them advice they don't like they consider you an idiot

Don't think you'll get an impact driver anywhere near these without dismantling the hub.

It'll be heat and small mole grips, pipe grips or something... it'll certainly be a challenge.
