Sounds like a good choice.  SE has the best of the options, and manual will be cheaper to service.
At 10 years the battery and exhaust may need replacing soon if not already done.  Listen to the gearbox carefully in 1st & 2nd for noise and possible rear wheel bearing noise.  Other possible faults such as water in the spare wheel recess are easy to fix.

Thanks. So I bought it. 2008 '08'. Two owners (same family), 89k, full Honda history, MOT done yesterday with no advisories. £1,500

What I meant was the MOT was done the previous day and therefore has MOT until February 2018
