My 6th payment of £153.60 on Wednesday so intend to pay off balance of borrowed £5,000 (total to pay £5,539.60) to get the 5 year service plan. Do I need to contact them or do I get an email offer after 6th payment?.

You need to ring Honda Finance to get a settlement figure. They will give this on the phone & send a letter as well. You can then pay off the settlement figure. More information should be in the letter you receive after a few days.

I paid off my £5000 x 36 month agreement on Monday. The settlement amount was £4436.65 after 6 x payments. I had to pay by BACS Honda Finance Europe would not accept cheque or card payment .
