Update... Head unit is being sent away.. 7 -10 day turnaround..

The issuing dealer has all of the codes, radio, sat nav, wheel nut keys etc. I have just phoned the original (Vauxhall and Honda) dealer before and requested the numbers. The original dealers details are in the service book.

Agreed.. But the person who leased the car put a personal code onto second chip and that is where the problem is.. Ac have no details who they leased the car to..

Have done above.. Their sending it away because of the second chip..

Sorry for the late reply.. Got the unit back after 10 days.. Changed second chip and set new code.. Fitted and working fine.. No change out of £100.. But worth it.. Mrs can't hold a note!!
