Honda Jazz 1.4 SE 2005 CD Player

hello guys,

I have bought a Honda Jazz 1.4 SE 2005 (GD) recently and struggling with many things as this is the first car of mine  :-[
While tried to use the CD player, the CD (standard audio CD) goes in and display "CD LOAD" then sounds like it tries to read the CD and then the CD comes out without any error display.
I am not quite sure whether the CD player is broken or I am doing something wrong.
radio is working fine though.
Please help.

Have u tried another cd?

Could be a faulty one

Yes, tried couple of brand new CDs..but the same result.
has anyone face the same problem ?
