manual gearbox and cold start
« on: February 19, 2008, 02:12:11 PM »
has anyone had problems selecting 1st and 2nd gear when the gearbox is cold?

Also fifth gear?

And finally what speed does your jazz rev up to when started from cold?

Never had trouble selecting any forward gear, but sometimes reverse is a bit tricky, this seems to be more to do with the linkage than the actual gears.

Try Molyslip in the gearbox, it will make the already sweet action even better and your gearbox will last longer.
