hey guys thanks to some of they loverly members here i have found a sport front bumper but it has the black molding on it can these just be pulled of ?

As far as I know, they are just stuck on, as they are optional extras. It would be stupid of Honda if they drilled into the bumper just to fit side mouldings! But they will probably take alot of force to get off, as they use a strong bond if I remember correctly!

If anyone knows anything different, please correct me!

Yes these are a 3M-stick on accessory , the key is getting the residue off the car without damaging the paint. Try to locate aweal point on the item then apply upward or downward pull - best done when cold or very cold weather.
One trick you may wish to use if they are really stuck a piece of fishing line pulled with an even force to lift them off the bumper then apply lemon jiuce to remove the goo!
