Currently I`m using (Fully synthetic) Castrol Edge 0W-30 oil. Soon I`ll reach 75000 miles in the clock and maybe I`ll change it for Mobil1 ESP 5W-30.
Castrol (just type your reg. no in and see what`s recommended): http://www.castrol.com/castrol/iframe.do?categoryId=9024084&contentId=7044829

I had the same problem here in the UK no ones seems to have this elusive 'Honda motor oil'.

Honda UK and the dealers all say use 'Castrol'.

But won't answer the question that its quoted in the owners manual to use it but you can't get hold of it.

Has anyone got hold of 'Honda motor oil'?

If you want the honda motor oil then you should be able to get it from any honda dealer parts dept.
If they say they have none then I would imagine that thney do not stock it for some odd reason.

Honda dealers probably don't stock it because they never sell any :-X because of the price.

Use Castrol Magnatec 5W30 A1 fully synth - a good deal cheaper than Edge which is overpriced and also overkill for British motoring conditions (temperate climate and all that).
Some people will only consider you an expert if they agree with your point of view or advice,  when you give them advice they don't like they consider you an idiot

If Honda motor oil was hard enough to find the hybrids require Honda 'Green' motor oil.

Wonder how hard that's gonna be to find................
