Honda Jazz 1.4 Service interval question!
« on: March 11, 2011, 03:30:49 PM »
Hi Guys

My Jazz has done just over 90k now, and its last service was April last year at 84k (87.5k service).

The oil is still golden, and the car drives brilliantly. But Honda recommended to me (while I was in having a health check) that the car should have a service, even though it has only done just over 6k since its last service.

This is the 100k service, which they have quoted me £323 inc Vat for, which is a very good price (I have called my 10 most local garages and got quotes from £374 to £494 :o ).

My question is basically, should I get it serviced now, or should I wait till later in the year? I don't do a large amount of milage, so it would probably have only done 93k by the end of the year!

Cheers in advance!

Chris

Well its comes down to either 1 year or 12500 miles, whichever comes first with regards to the next service.

So in your case I would say 1 year in April for the next service.
