The Crosstar for some reason, has no blind spot monitoring!? Whereas the EX has.

Jazz Crosstar review - Auto Social UK

Yes, there are some weird differences between the ordinary EX and the crosstar.

No heated steering wheel and no blind spot monitoring.

Maybe the plastic body panels on the crosstar don’t work with the blind spot sensors.

Could be the multi speaker infotainment uses all the power and there’s none left for the heated steering wheel?

I actually preferred the standard speaker setup in the EX. The crosstar has more ‘surround sound’ but I found it weird having different things come from different speakers. The phone assistant comes out of the speaker on the dashboard in crosstar.
