Honda Roadside Assistance for Mk 4
« on: June 28, 2022, 08:49:50 AM »
Has any Mk 4 owner successfully called out Honda Roadside Assistance without using the Honda+ app? I know in theory we should be able to but the Honda web site implies it can only be done through the app for Mk 4 owners, just wondered if anyone has had first hand experience and how easy/difficult it was?

Good point as not all of us have the car connected.

There is that dedicated AA number for MK4 so we shouldn't need the app.

Then there those without smartphones.
Let's be careful out there !

I'm living in Austria right now. I've just bought a 2021 Jazz EX in UK which I will drive to Austria from time to time. I've just tried to call all of the numbers on the Honda European assistance web page...NON of them work. Wonderful, stuck on the autobahn ALL the numbers supplied by Honda DO NOT WORK. My dealer, bless him, is about to get a headache....

Interesting way to disguise/space a London number!  +44 20 7949 3185 or (020) 7949 3185.

Yes. And Honda European Assistance (if a UK car) 00 800 33 22 88 77 and specifically if calling from France, 08258789i3 or 047217171205. Those were correct back in May this year. Looked them up before a two week holiday/drive in France. (Crosstar and it did an average 61.7mpg over 2650 miles :-))
