David and Jordan are first class. they can't do enough for their customers. If all Motor traders were like Horizon the trade would not have such a grotty reputation.
I dealt with Horizon since the first HR-V and have had a total of 6 Hondas before my current HEV, but then spent 13 years with Skoda. Only when the reliability of the latter (as with all VAG) took a nose dive and because I felt the need to go 'greener', I decided to come back to a manufacturer with a MUCH better reliability record.

The battery was about 3/4 when I started. The route was completely flat for 1/4 mile then downhill, so I don't think it made much difference. What did screw it was the nearly half mile 1:6 uphill finish! :'(
