Is it possible to view the tyre pressures on the myHonda app? I am sure I have seen this facility in the past.

Not on the MK IV as it doesn't have sensors.

I thought I had read somewhere that it measures the pressure using the radius of the tyre.

It does.
When initialised it logs the rotation of each wheel in conjunction with the others.
If any rotational discrepancies occur which is 99% due to one abnormally losing pressure you get a warning to check.
