Honda Dash Camera

HAs anyone any experience of the Honda Dash cam. I am told that it records from the rear and to your phone. Has anyone any experience of this devise.

Yes, I have it fitted to mine.

The rear camera uses the reversing camera, so quality is a bit lower than the front. Video is also reversed, so when playing back right and left are switched. You can flip it back in video editing software if you want but it’s ok to view.

The memory card isn’t easily removed, but you access the camera and settings through an app on your phone.

You can view videos and also download copies to your phone.

I looked at it but considered the 1080 resolution to be a bit dated now.

I stuck with my Viofo at 2560x1440 with a high bitrate option to give sharp footage.
