No

The Jazz only has 4 studs whereas the Civic has 5 for example
Let's be careful out there !

Yes. For sure. Our Jazz 2 Comfort Plus (2013) came on such 16" alloys.

Those tyre Pressures look incomplete.

On my B pillar sticker it says 35psi front and 33psi rear which is :

2.4/2.3 (rounded)
Let's be careful out there !

I think the Jazz GR (2020 -to present ) may have bigger brake  calipers than previous models ,possibly due to the electric handbrake mechanism. There is very little clearance between the caliper and the standard alloys.  I have not yet heard anyone say for sure that earlier Honda  wheels will fit the GR models, even if the normal measurements  appear to be identical.
If they do then I  think the civic from about 2005 came with 4 bolt  16" 6J  wheels  with the same  pcd (4x100) centre bore (56.1) and offset (et45  ) . Will probably suit as a spare, and may be more common in breakers yards than later jazz wheels  .

I think they even had the correct size of tyre.  You'd need to check the tyre is in good condition and not too old.  -Tyres have their date of manufacture on them as  a 4 figure date code . The  first two digits are the week and the second two the year  . Eg 2519  would be about June 2019.

But as I say, they still  might not fit your car.  Better to test fit it the wheel to your car before buying  rather than having one delivered on line.     I have a second  set of after market alloy wheels  for my winter tyres.  These fit no problem -in fact the caliper are not even close.

Dont forget the Jazz mk4 has no spare wheel well( its needed for the HV battery)   so a spare will take up boot space.
If you need to buy a jack I'd recommend one of the compact ones  supplied by various car makers designed to fit  inside the wheel itself. Such as from a renault clio.   You can buy these second hand, sometimes with the wheel brace etc  in a tray, for less then the cost of a new after market jack  that  is too long to fit conveniently.

Good point re the wheel size.

The Civic spacesaver wheel won't fit the front wheels on some models so it's a double swap. Rear to front then spacesaver on rear.
Let's be careful out there !

... Just tried my MK2 EX space saver spare and that seemed to fit no probs. Haven't measured anything as far as circumference so not definitive.

I'd never want to drive with a space saver on the front, even if it fits.  I'd double swop, unless it is a really short trip to the nearest tyre fitter.  A neighbour has had a space saver on the front for months!  :o
