Heater controls 2003 Jazz
« on: November 22, 2021, 02:10:34 PM »
Hi

Just looking for a little help for someone else's aged Jazz please...
How do the 3 heater control knobs come off? Gentle persuasion doesn't seem to work....

I'm looking to swap an old radio and guess that keeping the heater controls in place will be easiest - if i can get the knobs off.

Thanks in advance

I think you have to disconnect the drives at the back and take the panel off with the knobs still there.

OK - thanks, but I keep seeing photos of fascias without the controls on them...

Otherwise do the heater cables just unhook from the plastic pivots at the back?

If you're talking about the 3 knobs they simply pull off. Plenty of YouTube videos on the full removal procedure.

Removing the heater cables from inside the dash is a pain in the rear.
