If i recall correctly the Mercedes F1 engine etc is made by illmor based in Brixworth Northampton.   Honda F1 ( now Red Bull ? ) are also based in the F1 triangle in Oxfordshire    https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/formula1/23048643
