Hello I bought a 2010 Hnda Jazz/fit that's a Japanease import (has navigation + Mechanised DVD player),
I'd love to install a proper double din carplay unit but I understand it's super complicated? Especially the harness part?
Is there any place in teh London area that has experience installing those on this type of car? Any advice appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. Any reputable Car Audio specialist will do it, and there must be hundreds in and around London. If they can do a Bentley, they can do a Jazz.

I called Dynamic Sounds (which is big and reputable) and they claim there's no adapter to the Jazz/fit Mk2 and it's 'imposible'... :)

I followed the instructions on forum to change our jazz si 2014 headunit, including steering wheel controls and it was not hard
I thought the plugs were universal so no special adapter for a universal headunit
The steering control unit had to bought separate but easy enough to fit
I am not sure though if your 2010 is same as ours for headunit and I thought all CD players were mechanical

That's seems to be confusing. I was going to contact them myself regarding upgrading my 2012 Jazz..
