Honda reminds me via email to take the car in for a service so as not to lose the warranty, the dealer where I bought the car knows that the car is covered by warranty but I don't have documents attesting to this (only the car purchase contract where it says that the warranty is extended),

You do not have to prove it; it is in Honda’s systems. They will look up your vehicle based on the VIN and it will show up. Service history is also in there.
