My Jazz power button, the one that switches the car on and off, lights up and goes out intermittently whilst driving. No other lights show up when this happens. Any idea why this happens?

No idea, mine stays red the whole time, or is red every time I've looked at it

Mine also!

Update:- came home last night, power light was on continuously, but quite dim, have been out this afternoon, power light on bright continuously, however weather conditions triggered the headlights as well. presumably the camera tells the system wether it’s night or day?

And mine, nothing in the manual so I would take it back to your dealer and get it looked at.

It might be an update for the 2024 version? At some point Apple products also got a similar light to show it was functioning, almost like it was breathing.

The brightness of the power button will dim when the ambient light drops, the same as the audio screen and meter does. This is at a different light level (darker) to when the auto headlights come on.

If it didn’t dim it would be way to bright at night or not bright enough during the day.
